When we updated the library systems over the summer of 2025, bookshelves could not be moved en masse.

Here's how you can get your eBook Central bookshelf back:
 

  1. Log into ProQuest eBook Central: https://library.augsburg.edu/EBC
     
  2. From the top navigation bar, open the Profile page.

  3. Copy the Email/Username in its entirety (see example above), and email the electronic resources librarian, at support@augsburg.libanswers.com. Include your Augsburg email address, mention you need your bookshelf moved, and what your Email/Username is from the profile page.
     
  4. Sara will work with ProQuest to get your bookshelf moved from your old account to your new one. Please allow several days for the bookshelf merge since ProQuest will need to schedule the work with their engineering team.
